I have sponsored, enrolled, and recruited literally thousands of people into various organizations.

I have helped build some of the biggest organizations of network marketers and affiliate marketers around.

Im tired.

Im tired of all the people that say I cant afford it

Im tired of all the people that join, and then go into silent mode and then are never heard from again.

Im tired of the people that keep showing up to meetings without a new guest. Never even going out and trying to bring on someone new, but still taking up space, and breathing my air at the meetings.

Im tired of the mlm jumpers that go from one opportunity to the next on a whim.

Im tired of the people that get in, and then just as fast, get out.

Im tired, Im frustrated, and Im not going to take it anymore!!

Here is a statistic that may help make sense of it all. 95% of all MLMers (affiliate marketers are included in that stat) will fail.

By fail what we mean is that less than 5% of the people will ever sponsor more than 5 people in their LIFETIME. You can research this statistic out yourself. Dont go to your company website, go to google, and just start researching it. Youll be amazed to find out its true.

Here is my explanation of that statistic.

Most people are lazy.

We all like to get excited about something; a new job, going off to college, a new romance. In the beginning things are fun and exciting. It is only a little bit later that we start to realize that these things are going to take some work. The same is true for a new business. Most of these types of businesses require people to think differently, come out of the box, and most importantly WORK. Most people are already maxed out with their jobs, kids, family obligations; they really dont want to add anything to that.

Takes Time and Money

Lets face it. There is NO business that I have ever found that is free that is worth what I paid for it. (Please dont send me hate mail on this one) If your business is free to get into, then you are not making any money. Period.

Dont be fooled. To have a real business, you need time, effort energy and money. Goods and services must change hands. If there is no movement of product or service, you are not earning any money.

Failed Marketing Plan.

Here is another little gem. Your MLM does not have a marketing plan that will help you be successful. Dont get the marketing plan confused with the compensation plans. I have studied over 200 different compensation plans. Most companies have a fine compensation plan, and that is not what is at issue. The question comes in HOW are YOU specifically going to market your plan?

The Answer lies ahead.

Most companies will not provide you with leads. That is where you are going to have to develop our own program.

To be one of the successful MLMers and not be in that 95% you are going to have to do things differently.

You are going to have to come up with a marketing plan that is custom made to you.

Simply sending out an email or putting a website up just wont work anymore. You need something a little more comprehensive than that. You are going to have to work a little harder.

Over the years I have developed a system of checks and balances that helps me to build my businesses automatically.

I never actually talk to a prospect unless I already know that they are qualified. I never spend time with someone that is not serious. For my existing downline, I dont talk with them unless they seek me out, and have already done the things that I have suggested.

Become the Expert

There is something magical about becoming the expert in your industry. You probably already are the expert in something. Why dont you write about it? Why dont you submit your articles? Let people know what you are good at, and they will seek you out. It is in our very DNA that we want to work with people that are already the best in their field.

Dont waist anymore time.

Arent you tired of playing around with this MLM affiliate marketing thing? Are you ready to really get serious? Dont waist the time of your upline, or their upline. Get off the mark and start producing. People need for you to become the leader in your company. Your family needs you to be at the top income level for your company.

Im tired Im burned out Im frustrated. But do I let that stop me?

No.. I am consistently in the top income earners for the companies that I work for.
