My Down Line Does Not Care - What Can I Do?
Have you ever faced a situation where you are fully charged up but your down lines do not seem to be moving along?
They do not seem to CARE about their future?
They are aware of the potential and yet they are not interested to grab it.
They know that by doing what they have been doing will not get them what they want but they are not willing to change?
Under such frustrating situation, what can you do?
There are a lot that you can do but the fundamental approach is to ask yourself this question, "They do not care about themselves, BUT do you care enough about them?"
If you care enough about them, you will find ways and means to help them, you will take risks to achieve the results that you wanted, and you will lead the way of life to enrol them!People can differentiate between a Genuine Care and a Dollar Sign "care". If you look at them as a means to get what you want, they will finally find out the truth and they would not genuinely follow you or your advice.
But, if you genuinely care about their future,
1. you highlight to them that what they are doing is NOT Working towards the results that they want,
2. you are willing to take risks that they may not like you if you point out the truth to them
3. you are willing to invest your time and resources with them and follow through until both of you see the results together.
If you do these three things, they can see that you Care Enough about them, they can feel your sincerity and they can be touched by your effort.
Conclusion
All of us generally like to be with other human beings, this is the core tendencies of human beings. However, due to some social circumstances, in order to protect ourselves, sometimes, we put up barriers. These barriers are not helping us in our endeavour. We must put down those armour and let our feelings flows, the world would be a better place if we care for each other.
