Irritable Bowel Syndrome - A Permanent Solution
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can quite often be caused by diet. When your body starts to develop food intolerances even if these intolerances are quite minor in nature, it is not uncommon to develop Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The symptoms can vary from person to person, but often include, bloating, stomach pains and or cramps, diarrhoea and constipation as well as the permanent feeling of needing to pass a motion.

For anyone who wishes to improve their irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms should start with a strict detox diet. This will remove all the common allergy reactive foods as well as food additives, preservatives, msg, alcohol etc. There are very good detox diets available online which focus on fresh vegetables, fruit, rice & pulses, plain white meats, fish & plenty of water. It is important to stick to these diets for 4-6 weeks in order to flush your body of toxins. By this time you will be noticing an improvement in your irritable bowel syndrome symptoms. This is a long and slow process, but it is the only cast iron method of knowing precisely what you can and cannot eat.
It will take your gut a considerable time to get over the intolerances that it has built up, but by carefully avoiding those foods and eating a well balanced diet including fresh fruit, vegetables, fibre and roughage you will notice a profound improvement that will see your irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) reduce until they become a thing of the past.
The most important thing to remember about reintroducing foods is to only reintroduce one at a time, and to only do so after a reasonable interval so that you are sure of the reaction that you got.
